There must be some type of error. I have two licenses for this theme (one is showing as active, one is showing as not active BUT they are both good until May of 2021.
I can’t do anything. My site keeps saying the license isn’t active, it won’t let me post it, it won’t let me do any upgrade. If I go into my account, it says I have valid licenses (which I do). It won’t let me go into my theme itself to enter a registration because it says I am not authorized.
I have no idea what happened (and I am running and able to work on my site just fine) but what the heck is going on?
