I resolved question 1. I installed the pro theme and activated it. Seems like all was transferred which worked very nicely.
Regarding license: I will still need explanation.
Please post instructions / manual for the theme.
Also, I have 6 social icons in the footer which all work fine except the soundcloud icon. Instead of showing the soundcloud icon, I get a link / chain symbol. I checked spelling in the footer menu. All seems normal. I also added the icons in the menu structure. But still no success. Please let me know how to get the them to show also the soundcloud icon. thanks.
