Found the problem :
I uninstalled the Plugin Save Contact Form
and all went back to normal !

1/ My site is on my laptop… localhost. So no url to give
2/ I installed : WordPress, Helena Theme (made a child them) and a few plugins (contact Form 7, Save Contact Form, Flamingo (with Contact Form 7), Admin Custom Login)
it worked for a while then
