responsive off but widgets still are

Hi,

I have switched responsive off however when I view this theme on a mobile device it still shows the right hand side widget bar in the middle of the page, how do I stop this from happening?

Also how do I fix the site when minimizing the browser? When I make the browser smaller it causes the header widget and logo to overlap. Id like to make the theme solid and when I visit on a browser for it to show the full page.
